Glatzová & Co. advised PCTC Invest on the sale of TONAK

Glatzová & Co. provided comprehensive legal advice to PCTC Invest, the seller, in connection with the sale of TONAK, a traditional Czech hat manufacturer with a history spanning more than 200 years. The buyer is Palmont, an investment group managing the investments of Petr Kellner Jr. Glatzová & Co.'s legal team advised the seller throughout the entire transaction, including its structuring, the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation, and the successful completion of the deal.
